‘The Forbidden Caves’ is Best New European Attraction! Congrats Holovis and Bobbejaanland!

Some fantastic news just came in from the EAS trade show
in Gothenburg: ‘The Forbidden Caves’, a brand-new attraction in the
Belgian Bobbejaanland theme park, has received the award of ‘Best New
European Attraction’. Congratulations to the theme park and systems
integrator Holovis. Actually, we’re pretty proud ourselves too as the
attraction features Barco F85 units.
Each year during EAS, trade magazine ‘the Kirmes & Park Revue’ honors amusement parks that have shown exceptional performance with a ‘European Star Award’. A jury of 33 independent experts from the sector chose ‘The Forbidden Caves’ as the winner in the ‘Best New European Attraction’ category. And our F85 projection solutions have redounded to the success of the Immersive Tunnel at Bobbejaanland, as appears from the text published on occasion of the awards: “The large U-shaped screen covers the field of vision of the passengers completely with the effect that the participants not only see the film, but become part of the story.”
