Plus, it’s compatible with HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2, as well as 7.1 channels of lossless audio over a single Cat 5e/6 cable. Bi-directional power over cable (POC) eliminates the need to fit a bulky power supply behind the TV, saving valuable install time, while plug and play technology bypasses frustrating EQ and EDID settings. With HDBaseT technology, this extender also supports bi-directional IR control for integration into control systems.
