HDMI cables provide a great way to transmit high definition video and audio signals between compatible devices. The only problem: HDMI cables have a limited transmission range. What happens when you need to connect a HDMI source device to a HDMI display that's outside the range of HDMI cables?

The JTECH-WEX-5DR Wireless HDMI Extender Receiver provides a handy solution. It's capable of receiving a full HD 1080p wireless video signal from a JTECH-WEX-5D Wireless HDMI Extender transmitter up to 164 ft. away. Integrated HDbitT technology maintains signal quality, stability and reliability between transmitter and receiver. Both transmitter and receiver are HDMI and HDCP compliant, supporting a wide range of HD video resolutions and PCM audio format.

It's also a great for circumstances in which connecting HDMI, Ethernet or Fiber optic cables between a source and display is not feasible. The receiver does not require line-of-sight placement with the transmitter; the wireless signal can easily travel through standard walls, floors, ceilings, etc. and will not interfere with your other wireless devices.

All J-Tech Digital products are easy to set up and use - but this extender receiver is easier than most, since there are no cables that have to be connected between transmitter and receiver.  Dual antenna design improves data transmission rate and video stability. An IR extension feature lets you control your devices from either the source or display location.

NOTE: This package comes with a single JTECH-WEX-5DR receiver. The JTECH-WEX-5D transmitter must be purchased separately.
